I absolutely love this app! However, since doing the new iO7 update on my iPhone, the app no longer works....:( which is causing a huge headache! Will there be an update for this app soon to fix this??

Photo finish is one of my best thing for the new year, I love the way it notify my clients reminder about appt. I had no problem Til now since I update my software I cant get to login nor see what appt I have for the day, is there anyone can leave a msg on how to get it work, even deleted the app and redownload it and still wouldnt sync...

Ive been using it for a couple of months to keep a closer eye on my financials and to store client information, especially appointment notes. I was using index cards in a file box (hello, 21st century!) but I wasnt keeping notes on hair cut clients. This app really helps and clients love it when I show them appointment photos from last visit. I do wish it went immediately to search when adding a new client appointment (now I either have to click on it or scroll through client list). I also would like it if you could just type in the appointment time, instead of scrolling through the clock. These are really minor, just thinking it would get me through the process faster!

I like all of the things it does, BUT it constantly is freezing and shutting down. This is even after the last update. I have contacted support 5 times and have received NOT one response. It is taking me 1/2 hour just to input one day. I do like all of the options it does, I just wish support would help me so Im not getting so frustrated at this app.

This app worked just fine until I decided to up grade to the paid version. Now it adds appointments in multiple times, freezes, runs slow. I wouldnt be so upset if someone from support WOULD BOTHER TO RETURN MY CONTACT SUBMISSIONS. I have written numerous times about my issues and no one has bothered to get back to me. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I love this app, have had for 2 years now, loving the upgrades but why does it seem to crash ALL the time! Im going crazy, i try and enter formulas or re book clients. Support never replies, new update/new software erased all my clients/appointments!!!!

This app would be great, the SMS feature doesnt work. Other than that is okay. The support for this app is horrible. Ive contacted them now 6 times and no response. I wonder if Apple will refund me. Disappointed...

Ive been using this app for about a year now and it has messed up so many times. It is my only way of keeping track of my appointments and when it decides not to work I am super stressed. It cost too much money to act up so bad. Dont bother emailing support they dont respond. And Im downloading new apps as I type this.

Ive been using this app for about 10 months. While it does have some good points, the bad completely outweighs the good. The app is constantly freezing, if you try to go back to edit a clients information it doesnt save, the email or text reminder that I pay a fee every month for doesnt always work. Repeated attempts to contact customer service go unanswered. Save your money. This app is crap.

HORRIBLE app, customer service, style, EVERYTHING! Dont bother trying to contact customer support because they WILL NOT contact you back. This app constantly freezes, the text option doesnt work when trying to remind your clients of appointments, its slow and its reliable at all. Worst money Ive ever spent.

Thanks for the update.... The new version really fixes a lot. Love the app, perfect for keeping a database of my clients. Had similar issues as others, but the latest version fixed it, so I moved it back to 5 stars

Total overhaul surprised me. Have to get used to it. One problem Im now experiencing is that you have to scroll when putting in clients appts. I used to be able to put in the first letter of the clients name & they would come up, now you have to scroll to find their name which is time consuming when you wanna pop someone in real quick. Maybe a bug fix can fix that? One more problem is you no longer have half or quarter hours in he calendar, and when you click on a time it automatically puts it on the quarter hour, so I have to go back in and fix the time. If you try to click the 1:00 time it automatically goes to 1:15, and if you click 1:30, it goes to 1:45.. Thank you for your time. Love the app. Best one out there!

Do you people even exist? I have had an Apple Tech Support Supervisor spend 2 hours helping get my several years of data restored on this app after an iOS update, to no avail. No one to contact, no way to communicate and Im left in the dust not knowing who my clients are or when theyre coming in.. Stay FAR away from this app!

I liked the app the way it was!! Wish I didnt update!! All the clients blend together when looking at the day. I have to scroll now to enter in a client instead of typing in a name and it popping up. When you schedule a personal time out it shows up on the month calendar that you have a client. Hopefully they will fix these issues to make to better again!

Ok guys. I see theres an update to the ap. However it will not let me renew my subscription. It says it cannot connect to server. Do I disconnect account and try again? It would be helpful also if there was a way to contact the developer but theres no way to do that. So this is my only form of communication so I still have to give 1 star. PLEASE HELP I have been using this app for 3 years for my business. I loved it and do not want to have to switch everything. Thanks. - ok so I am adding to this review a few days later in hopes that the A in the A & B can handle business with this app. You guys collect the money and dont deliver. I understand when there are deaths involved that it makes things challenging. However this is a real inconvenience. And might I add that win you click on the info for this app, it tells you for a one time fee. THAT IS NOT TRUE. Its either monthly or yearly. You should be honest with your clients instead of locking them in and then they are stuck with crappy service.

Love the app! But I dont like how all the clients appointments blend together its hard to read. I loved the way the old one looked!

Love the scrolling calendar..doesnt lock up anymore ...negatives- cant read the appts on that pink color..cant search clients when putting them in an appt. slot, have to scroll... Cant choose exact times very easily when making appts.... Cant find formulas from way back without opening every past appt. ..overall very frustrated!

I love this app.! It keeps me organized. I love that theres more space to keep notes on clients. My clients love the email and text reminders. Great app., keep up the great work!!

Really like the new update except for one thing. When I make an existing client an appointment I have to scroll all the way down the list, instead of just typing their name and it coming up like before. That takes too much time. Please fix that!

After starting with this app 4 years ago , thought it was great. Then the app had problems with freezing and text messaging for at least the last year. Now the problems have been resolved, has a new look , and the app again is top notch. Great rewrite and appreciate you listening to us to fix the program. Happy, happy, joy,joy. Sizzaman
