Good concept, horrible application

Ive been using this app for about 10 months. While it does have some good points, the bad completely outweighs the good. The app is constantly freezing, if you try to go back to edit a clients information it doesnt save, the email or text reminder that I pay a fee every month for doesnt always work. Repeated attempts to contact customer service go unanswered. Save your money. This app is crap.
