Great concept, needs work, horrible customer service.

I like all of the things it does, BUT it constantly is freezing and shutting down. This is even after the last update.
I have contacted support 5 times and have received NOT one response. It is taking me 1/2 hour just to input one day.
I do like all of the options it does, I just wish support would help me so Im not getting so frustrated at this app.
