App No Connecting To Server

Ok guys. I see theres an update to the ap. However it will not let me renew my subscription. It says it cannot connect to server. Do I disconnect account and try again? It would be helpful also if there was a way to contact the developer but theres no way to do that. So this is my only form of communication so I still have to give 1 star. PLEASE HELP I have been using this app for 3 years for my business. I loved it and do not want to have to switch everything. Thanks. - ok so I am adding to this review a few days later in hopes that the A in the A & B can handle business with this app. You guys collect the money and dont deliver. I understand when there are deaths involved that it makes things challenging. However this is a real inconvenience. And might I add that win you click on the info for this app, it tells you for a one time fee. THAT IS NOT TRUE. Its either monthly or yearly. You should be honest with your clients instead of locking them in and then they are stuck with crappy service.
