Frustrated

I love the app so much I have five other stylist using the same one. However right now I hate this app because I renewed my subscription and for two days it keeps saying "verifying subscription" cant sync anything and also I have emailed them and it seems they dont receive emails unless your a subscriber...so how in the heck a.m I suppose to get this resolved!

Hopefull

Hopefully they will work on this app a bit more. It used to be great, however, the search does not work and now the email and text blasts are coming through with the wrong times. Im grateful they got the formulas back. With these improvements I would rate the app much higher, possibly a 5 star. I will come back and rewrite this review if they fix the bugs.

No customer service!!!!!!!!

Ever since the upgrade it doesnt work at all.....I think you had a good thing going, maybe a bitt of tweaking would have been good enough, why mess with it? Charged me twice for the yearly service and 1 extra month as well.....still waiting for my money back its been since begin of January. Best you stay away from this app. Very poor customer service and lousy developer!

Hairstylist

Have this app for two years,it has been ok ,Customer service is not good at all .they never reply when you have issue ,so far it doesnt work with iOS 7.0 I am seriously thinking by changing for something else ....and since the new version of it you cannot be in touch with anyone the update not working and it doesnt sync anymore

Client appointment

Like the updates, but would like to return to being able to see client history and make an appointment from an appointment without having to go to the client list. You can no longer import client info from your contact list.

I hate this last update version

I used to love this app! Now it doesnt show the last time my client was in. I cant find any where to put how much their services were. I dont like that the calendar doesnt show the days of the week. I dont like that I cant just hold down on client name and delete. It just isnt simple and convenient. Very disappointed.

No app support

I wanted to enquire about a full refund because you cannot back the program files up unless you pay 2.99/month. I wanted to know if they were thinking about adding that function because some of us dont need an automated system to contact our clients. Waste of 19.99. Very much regret the purchase.

Is anyone else having trouble with this app? It seems it will work fine for a few months and then it wont connect to the server. My customers depend on there reminders, they are not receiving them. Does anybody know how to get in touch with the company??? I have paid for the app until 2/2016 I feel I am defiantly not getting what I have paid for... I would appreciate feed back.

Bad Bad Bad!!

I am paying for client reminders that dont go through..Some clients no matter what I put in their contacts get rejected phone numbers.. Theres no contact now for the app and I cant even work out the client connect.. Its always server not available

Would be great if it client connect worked!

Id give it zero stars if I could! Anyone have any luck on getting app support for client connect services? What a horrible company to leave stylists that are dependent on their app high and dry! Extremely disappointed!!! Hopefully theyll make this right!

please help and fix. clients are saying they are getting spam text messages. and it deletes clients, and their history, and some formulas are gone why is there no email or phone number to contact the company i like it but get it together

01/06/2016 What happened ??? My clients arent getting their reminders. I know Christmas and New Years are over but here in NOLA WE HAVE MARDI GRAS !!! Come on PHOTOFINISH, what are you guys doing ??? 2012 I have used this app for a few years now and Ive been quite happy with it. So satisfied that I purchased it as a gift for someone as well. Unfortunately when I purchased this it claimed to be a one time purchase which was a complete lie because Ive had to renew it yearly or monthly. Please fix the app and make it right. Its suppose to be a one time purchase, MAKE IT RIGHT. My clients are not getting their appointment reminders, this app is a disaster. Now that the update seems to be complete the app seems to be back to normal. Lets just get the pricing fixed, I could purchase other programs at a one time fee. JULIE ANNE HUMPHREYS CAVALIER

Poor quality app

This app has had many flaws, including my client reminders no longer send. Just renewed subscription a few months ago too!

Great! Here we go again. Clients complaining that they are not getting their reminders again. Happened last year around this time. If you arent going to do anything with this app, why dont you sell it to someone who will actually manage it and keep satisfied customers. This app has so much potential, its a shame you dont see that.

When it works, its fantastic!

My clients loved it for a year and a half. Ive had issues before, and it was quickly resolved, although they have never actually contacted me, it was resolved. I paid for a year subscription and got 4 months. Still waiting for the resolution! Ugh!

Great App

But it still needs a little bit of tweaking. I have been using this app for about a year. I really like all of the features, it its better than a lot of them out there. One issue I seem to be having right now is the text reminders are not getting to my clients. I keep getting the error message. It just seems as though the developers have dropped the ball for whatever reason you cant even reach out to them. I hope they read this review and understand that people really like the app but it just needs a little bit of TLC. to the developers: please dont let this app go. Sell it if you no longer are interested in handling it.

When the photo finish sinked my iPad to my iPhone it jumbled all of my clients names, and moved the pictures from client to client. So a picture of my grandma is now in the profile of a male client.It has also altered all of my past appointments, which will effect my taxes. Its stating I have clients on my books that I havent seen in 4 years. I cannot get ahold of the app developers. I dont know what to do

No reminders

Normally I like this app for scheduling. And I pay the $30 for a year so my clients will get reminder texts...but Ive just renewed my subscription and its not sending text reminders to anyone, even though its says its set up too. What a waste of money!
