No customer service!!!!!!!!

Ever since the upgrade it doesnt work at all.....I think you had a good thing going, maybe a bitt of tweaking would have been good enough, why mess with it?
Charged me twice for the yearly service and 1 extra month as well.....still waiting for my money back its been since begin of January. Best you stay away from this app. Very poor customer service and lousy developer!
