Dont get this app

I have had the app for 5 weeks and for the last week it has been frozen. I tried to contact the developer 4 times but got no response. I ended up having to delete the app and reinstall it. I uploaded my phone to iCloud first but still lost all my info on Photo Finish. All future appointments are gone. I am going to have to contact all of my clients and ask them when their appointments are. Its embarrassing, and unprofessional but out of my control. There are so many apps that are similar, dont get this one!
