Help

Is anyone else having trouble with this app? It seems it will work fine for a few months and then it wont connect to the server. My customers depend on there reminders, they are not receiving them. Does anybody know how to get in touch with the company??? I have paid for the app until 2/2016 I feel I am defiantly not getting what I have paid for... I would appreciate feed back.
My customers are not receiving there reminders again..... Again I cannot e-mail the server will not connect....
